The GLORY began affiliation with the Okayama Institute of Science & Technology in 2014 to be able to conduct high-tech automotive engineering course for Myanmar youth. It is the first course in Myanmar in accordance with the curriculum of the Road Transport Bureau of Japan. The basic course was developed on the Third Class Automotive Mechanic, and the advanced level was on the Second Class Automotive Mechanic. The courses are structured with 50 percent in theory, and the remaining 50 percent in practice. After the training period, the trainer from Okayama Institute of Science & Technology organized exams for both theory and practice for certification. After completing the courses, some trainees could seek a job at local automotive companies, while some others worked in Japan. The trainees can attend more advanced automotive engineering courses in Japan. The GLORY can help the graduates for further study process and finding job opportunity. The GLORY is an authorized test centre for automotive mechanic skill-national exams to officially issue certificates for domestic jobs. The course can be attended by the minimum matriculation level trainees (Whether pass or fail in the matriculation exam), and the biannual course begins April and October every year.
